Jacqui Mehring is an artist and native of Scotland with a degree in Textiles from the Scottish College of Textiles and a Masters in Design from the School of Design at North Carolina State University. Jacqui worked as a textile designer, creating fabrics for clients from all over the world before finding her life’s calling-  creating and teaching art and creativity with children and adults in schools and clinics, healthcare settings, hospices, and in hospitals in behavioral medicine and the cancer center.

“Practising our creativity is healing…as we express our intrinsic nature, which is beautiful and specific, particular and original, we experience a healing transformation less in ourselves than in our relationship to the world.”
